From raw compound to export-ready cartons — how we produce Richoosoft & OOSOFT at our Hapur facility.
Krishana Polymers operates an integrated footwear factory where outsole molding, upper knitting, assembly, quality control, and packing happen under one roof. This vertical integration gives B2B buyers predictable lead times and consistent quality across batches.
PVC, TPR, EVA compounds and upper yarns are scheduled per order. Colour matching and batch traceability start here.
Injection presses form outsoles and midsoles to spec. Mould maintenance ensures tread consistency.
Automated knitting machines produce Fly-Knit and mesh uppers with programmed tension control.
Pattern pieces are cut, stitched, and prepared for lasting and assembly lines.
Uppers are bonded to outsoles; insoles and accessories are fitted on paced production lines.
Supervisors and QC staff check adhesion, symmetry, and cosmetic standards during production.
Random pairs tested for flex, abrasion, and weight. Final AQL before packing approval.
Size-assorted cartons, barcodes, and export marks. Staging for EXW pickup or container stuffing.
Our facility targets approximately 2500 pairs per day across multiple lines. Actual output depends on style mix — sports knit uppers may run slower than simple PVC sandals, and export seasons require forward booking of production slots.
Buyers receive indicative dispatch windows at order confirmation. Critical-path items (new moulds, special colours) are flagged early so timelines stay transparent.
