OEM Workflow

  1. Brief & reference — Share target price, materials, sizes, and market (kids, sports, casual).
  2. Sample development — Sample room builds proto pairs for fit and finish approval.
  3. Costing & MOQ — Formal quotation with lead time, payment terms, and tooling if needed.
  4. Bulk production — Slot booking, inline QC, and pre-dispatch AQL.
  5. Dispatch — EXW Hapur or coordinated FOB/CIF as agreed.
